1. Keep our budgets focused on supporting programs that improve student outcomes and student engagement
2. Trust and verify that the district is following its policies and procedures in stewarding the communityโs limited resources to meet its strategic goals
3. Complete the districtโs first comprehensive policy review to update the framework under which the district operates
4. Increase opportunities to include community voice and expertise for board and district decision-makingโ
